FFCRA Notice Poster

The Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA or ACT) requires certain employers to provide their employees with paid sick leave and expanded family and medical leave for specified reasons related to COVID-19. EMPLOYERS ARE REQUIRED TO POST THIS NOTICE IMMEDIATELY! These provisions will apply from April 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020. 

• All employers covered by the paid sick leave and expanded family and medical leave provisions of the FFCRA (i.e., certain public sector employers and private sector employers with fewer than 500 employes) are required to post this notice.

• The notice needs to be displayed in a conspicuous place where employees can see it. If they are able to see it at the main office, it is NOT necessary to display the notice at your different work-site locations.
