Department of General Services (DGS) – Lot 50 Accessibility Upgrades & EVCS
XL Construction will be soliciting bids from Trade Contractors on the Department of General Services (DGS) – Lot 50 Accessibility Upgrades & EVCS project.
The scope of this project consists of parking space restriping, concrete demolition, elevator landing pad lighting upgrades, and installation of new EV Chargers and related work.
Construction is planned to start on September 15, 2025 and finish on December 15, 2025.
Project Requirements: This project is pursuant to DIR general prevailing wages and DIR compliance monitoring unit, which includes but is not limited to contractor registration, submittal of electronic certified payroll reports directly to the DIR as applicable and cooperation with on-site monitoring by DIR personnel.
DVBE: XL Construction is seeking DVBE Participation, please reach out to the contact below for further information. Project requires a minimum DVBE participation of (~3%). Bidders are advised to commence with the required DVBE procedures immediately upon receipt of drawings and project manual.
Prequalification Requirement: All Trade Partners that intend to submit proposals on this project are required to be pre-qualified with XL Construction. Visit https://www.xlconstruction.com/trade-partner/ for information.
Job Walk: There is a site inspection walk that will be held onsite on Wednesday, May 21, 2025 at 10:00AM. Please meet the XL team at the front of the parking structure. Lot 50 – Posey Garage. 1517 11th Street, Sacramento, CA 95814
Proposals: Proposals are due Thursday June 5th, 2025 by 10AM. Your proposal must be submitted through BuildingConnected for it to be considered.
