Field Operations Manager
Asphalt & Civil Construction | Greater Sacramento Area
Established Northern California civil contractor is seeking an experienced field leader to oversee commercial and public works asphalt paving operations.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience supervising asphalt paving crews and be proficient with construction plans, scheduling, field layout/grade checking, and coordinating crews, trucking, inspectors, project managers, and customers. Experience with grading, concrete, and underground utilities is highly desirable.
Base salary approximately $105,000–$130,000 DOE, plus a performance-based bonus program with history of substantial additional earning potential. Retirement plan with 3% match, health insurance benefits, paid time off, and company vehicle.

LB Construction, Inc. is seeking an Estimator to join our 100% Employee-Owned team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial construction estimating, with Metal Stud Framing & Drywall (MSD) estimating experience preferred.
Candidates with experience in Concrete, Structural/Misc. Steel, Rough Carpentry, or other commercial construction trades are encouraged to apply.
Pay: $34.00 - $46.00 per hour
