Project Overview
XL Construction will be soliciting bids from Trade Contractors for the Washington Unified School District – Elkhorn Village Elementary School New Construction and Modernization Project.
XL Construction will be posting the said project to Building Connected on or near 2/27/2025 with proposals due from subcontractors on 3/25/2025 please note these dates are subject to change.
Project Location: 750 Cummins Way, West Sacramento CA 95605
The project consists of 2 increments as shown below.
Increment 1:
Increment 2:
Prequalification Requirement All Trade Partners that intend to submit proposals on this project are required to be pre-qualified with XL Construction. Please follow the link below, read the information on the page, and follow the instructions to request a pre-qualification packet. https://www.xlconstruction.com/trade-partner/
In addition to the above all Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing trade partners must be prequalified with Washington Unified School District.
If you are unsure if your company is prequalified with XL Construction or WUSD, please reach out and we can let you know.
This project has a Project Labor Agreement in place and is subject to the skilled and trained workforce requirement.
DVBE: XL Construction is seeking DVBE Participation, please reach out to the contact below for details.
Proposals: At this time proposals are to be submitted to XL Construction by 3/25/2025 at 3pm through Building Connected. If bids are not submitted through Building Connected, they will be deemed nonresponsive. Please note these dates and times are subject to change. Any updates will be posted through Building Connected.

- Demolition of existing underground utilities and other civil work.
- Sitework grading and Sitework utilities, Building Pad Preparation and Pavement.

- Construction of new modular classroom buildings
- Modernization of Existing Administration Building A interior finishes, structural upgrades and addition.
- Modernization of Existing MPR Building B interior finishes, structural upgrades and kitchen addition.
