CCIS has provided a portal that enables contractors to search for California permit offices.
Access the portal here.

This resource allows contractors to:

Look up permit offices nearby
Provides information as to whether or not the office is open
Provides information as to whether or not they're processing permits and conducting inspections while we're under COVID-19 restrictions
Provides the best point of contact via phone or email should a contractor have questions
