Notice of Annual Board Meeting and Election for Board of Directors

In accordance with Article VI of the Sacramento Regional Builders Exchange (SRBX) Bylaws, SRBX provides official notice that the Annual Meeting of Members will take place on Thursday, December 9th at 4:00 PM at SRBX’s offices at 5370 Elvas Avenue, Sacramento. The meeting will also be simulcast via Zoom, accessible at https://bit.ly/SRBX2021AnnualMeeting, to accommodate members concerned with coronavirus.
Additionally, in accordance with Article VII of its Bylaws, the SRBX Nomination Committee recommends the following slate of candidates for election to the SRBX Board of Directors:
Heather Basinger, CliftonLarsenAllen, LLP (Professional Member)
Tom Ford, Market One Builders (General Member)
Kevin Stillman, Capital Engineering Consultants (Engineering Member)
Frank Radoslovich, Radoslovich Shapiro, PC (Professional Member)
Craig Sweeney, Intech Mechanical (Mechanical Member)
All SRBX members in good standing are invited to attend the Annual Meeting in person or via Zoom and vote on the slate of candidates.
